About Soleni Systems Ltd - Advancing Agrifood Technology

Strong ideas, fragile delivery

Our Story and Mission

Soleni Systems Ltd was founded to address a simple observation: in plant and agrifood innovation, many projects fail in delivery, not in the science.

After years managing complex operations and studying applied project management, Adebusola Adio‑Moses saw the same pattern: great ideas undermined by unclear structures, scattered tools and limited learning from project to project. Soleni was created to give teams a practical, sector‑aware way to run and improve their work.

The Problem

Strong ideas, fragile delivery

Plant and agrifood innovation is full of promising ideas: new crop varieties, bio‑inputs, sensing tools, and decision‑support platforms. Many of these projects stall or under‑deliver– not because the science is poor, but because delivery is unstructured.

Typical issues include:

  • Unclear roles and milestones
  • Fragmented tools and data
  • Little learning from previous projects

Every stalled project costs time, money and trust.

The Soleni Solution

The Project Genome Companion

Soleni turns each project into a project genome – a structured pattern of goals, activities, stakeholders, risks and outcomes. The Project Genome Companion:

  • Guides teams through setting up a clear, realistic project structure
  • Keeps risks, changes and decisions organised in one place
  • Learns from patterns across projects to highlight risks and improvement opportunities

Early Access

Help shape Soleni as an early adopter

We’re working with a small group of organisations in the UK and Nigeria to refine the Project Genome Companion. Early adopters get:

  • Priority access to new features
  • Direct input into templates and workflows
  • Dedicated support during pilot projects
